Install Steps - (1) take down the plastic plate fixing screw from the car with a screwdriver;(2) take down the plastic plate to see the rear view mirror and the fixing screw of the door, and use a screwdriver to take down the screw;(3) install the new rear view mirror out of the window and connect the power cord;(4) lock the door and fix the screws, then move the plastic plate to the original position and lock the screws.

The mirrors look and work great. The only problem with them is they do not come with the wire kits to hook the air temperature sensor to the main harness. I have wires to hook the sensors to the mirror but not running with the wires from the mirror to the factory wiring harness. That would be the only complaint. Other than that they are really good.
